Book a call →What's the fastest way to reach Limehawk?
Call or text +1-865-500-4055. Critical issues get a response in under 15 minutes; standard requests in 1-2 hours. Current clients get 24/7 emergency coverage. If it's not urgent, book a call or use the form below.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes. Book a 15-minute call and you'll talk directly to Corey Watson, who runs Limehawk and writes every incident report on this site. No sales rep, no deck. We'll talk through your setup and whether we're a fit.
What are your business hours?
Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern, for general inquiries. Active clients get 24/7 emergency response for critical issues, which doesn't wait for business hours.
What should I include in the contact form?
Whatever's going on: a specific problem, a question about pricing, or just that you want to talk. Include your company name if you have one; it helps us understand the scale before we call back.
Do you work with businesses outside Knoxville?
We're headquartered in Knoxville and serve businesses across East Tennessee. Most day-to-day work (monitoring, patching, help desk, security) is remote, with on-site visits when a problem needs hands on hardware.
I'm not ready to switch providers yet. Can I still ask questions?
Yes. A lot of the calls we get are exploratory: a compliance deadline coming up, a provider that's gone quiet, or just wanting a second opinion. Book a call or send a message; there's no pressure to sign anything.
