Limehawk runs five core managed services (managed IT and security, Microsoft 365 and cloud, compliance and backup, network infrastructure, and legacy systems support) plus project work: email migrations, AI and automation, website design, and custom projects with virtual CIO consulting. The core services are billed monthly; the project work is one-time.
What does managed IT from Limehawk cost?
Base managed IT is month-to-month with a 3-user minimum: unlimited user support plus the core security suite (endpoint detection and response, email filtering, and password management). Add-ons like managed firewalls, hosted phones, and server management are scoped on a call.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Limehawk is month-to-month with no multi-year contracts. We'll walk the number with you on a call.
Can you support old or industrial equipment other providers refuse to touch?
Yes. Limehawk keeps Windows 98, XP, and 7, SCADA, and unsupported industrial systems running safely when replacement isn't an option. We isolate and contain the risk rather than forcing a rip-and-replace, which is why regulated manufacturers and firms with legacy line-of-business software work with us.
How fast do you respond when something breaks?
Critical issues get a response in under 15 minutes; standard requests are answered within 1 to 2 hours. Most work (monitoring, patching, security response, Microsoft 365 administration) is delivered remotely, with on-site visits when the problem calls for it.
