Email migrations with zero-loss discipline.
Moving to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace shouldn't mean crossing your fingers. We test the migration before we run it for real, then cut over while your office is closed.
What we move, in full
Every mailbox, completely
Nothing gets left behind or reconstructed from memory after the fact.
- All historical email
- Calendars and events
- Contacts and groups
- File attachments
- Folder structure
Tested before it’s real
A migration your team feels as little as possible, by design.
- Pre-migration audit
- User communication plan
- Test migration batch
- Full migration, nights or weekends
- Post-migration support
- User training
Either direction, both platforms
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, migrating in or between them.
- Gmail to Outlook
- Outlook to Gmail
- Tenant-to-tenant consolidation
- Legacy on-prem Exchange to cloud
Compliance carries over too
We specialize in regulated environments, so retention, permissions, and audit trail move with the mail instead of getting rebuilt from scratch after the fact.
- FTC Safeguards, HIPAA, SEC/FINRA, NAIC, GLBA
- Mailbox permissions preserved
- Retention policy carried over
How it’s scoped
Book a call →Migration is scoped and quoted separately from managed IT. Most clients pair it with our managed IT and security plan once the move is done, but the migration itself stands alone.

Migration questions we actually get
Questions before you book? Call +1-865-500-4055.
Book a call →What does an email migration cost?
Email migrations are scoped as a one-time project per mailbox, covering the full migration of mail, calendars, contacts, and files plus post-migration support. Separate from ongoing managed IT, and quoted after a short pre-migration audit of your current environment.
Will we lose any email during the migration?
No. We run a test migration batch first to validate the process against your actual mailboxes, then migrate historical email, calendars, contacts, folder structure, and attachments in full. The cutover happens nights or weekends specifically so nothing is in flight when we flip the switch.
How much downtime should we expect?
Planned downtime is minimal because the bulk of the migration happens in the background before cutover. We schedule the final cutover for off-hours and run a communication plan so your team knows exactly what to expect and when.
Can you migrate between Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace in either direction?
Yes. We handle Gmail to Outlook, Outlook to Gmail, and consolidating multiple tenants into one, on both platforms.
Do you help our team learn the new platform?
Yes. User training is part of the standard process, not an add-on. We also handle the change communication before the cutover so nobody is caught off guard.
What if we're in a regulated industry with compliance requirements?
We specialize in compliance-driven environments (FTC Safeguards, HIPAA, SEC/FINRA, NAIC, GLBA), so mailbox permissions, retention, and audit trail get carried over deliberately, not left to chance.
