What this site collects. Said plainly.

This page covers limehawk.io: the website, its contact form, and its analytics. Work we do for clients is covered by each client's own agreement.

What do you collect when I visit?

When you load a page, a few outside services record the visit: which pages you view, roughly where you're visiting from, your browser and device, and how you move through the page. We use that to see which pages help people and which don't. The services are:

  • Google Analytics (visits and traffic sources)
  • PostHog (visits and clicks, loaded through our own address f.limehawk.io)
  • FullStory (session recording: a replay of how the page was used)
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics (page load speed and visit counts)
  • Our help desk chat widget, served from help.limehawk.io

These services may set cookies or similar storage in your browser. You can block them with your browser's privacy settings or a content blocker; the site still works without them.

What happens when I use the contact form?

The form asks for your name, email, company, phone, and a message. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you're a person before it sends. Your message is emailed through SMTP2GO to our help desk, where it becomes a ticket so someone on our team can reply. We use what you send to answer you and, if you become a client, to do the work.

What about booking a call?

The "Book a call" button opens Google Calendar's appointment page. Google handles that booking, and we see the name, email, and time you choose.

Where is the site hosted?

limehawk.io is served by Vercel, with DNS and security through Cloudflare. Like any web host, they process your IP address and request details to deliver pages and stop abuse.

How do I ask about or delete my information?

Email info@limehawk.io or call 865-500-4055. Tell us what you sent or when, and we'll tell you what we have and remove it from our help desk on request.
