This is a newer service line, and we’d rather be plain about what it covers than oversell it. It’s the same automation discipline behind our RMM fleet scripting, pointed at reporting instead of maintenance: pulling data out of the systems you already use and scripting it into a dashboard or scheduled report, so nobody is manually copying numbers into a spreadsheet every month.
What it’s good for
Scoped, recurring reporting jobs. Not a full BI platform rollout.
- Compliance and audit evidence: asset inventory, encryption status, and patch compliance pulled automatically instead of reconstructed by hand when an auditor asks. We’ve done this at scale. A 312-asset hardware inventory for an insurance audit came back in 47 minutes automated versus a two-week manual quote.
- Operational monitoring evidence: automated speedtest logging and disk-usage analysis that turn a vague complaint (“the internet feels slow,” “the server’s full”) into a dated, defensible record.
- Scheduled business reports: the monthly or weekly report someone currently builds by hand from RMM, ticketing, or backup data, scripted to generate and send itself.
What it’s not
We’re not going to sell a regulated 20-person firm an enterprise BI suite it will never fully configure. If your reporting need is small and scoped, we scope the project to match. If it’s bigger than what we do well, we’ll tell you that instead of taking the project anyway.
How it’s scoped
Standard managed clients already get monthly reporting as part of the month-to-month base plan. Custom Analytics AI projects (a compliance dashboard, a scheduled metrics report built around your specific KPIs) are quoted separately based on how many data sources are involved.
